It's equipped for cutting a selection of stock: plastics, wood, reinforced sheets, plexiglas, foam, glass fibre and plenty of other materials.
The Proxxon 37070 FET table saw consists of a solid structure, the load bearing components and plane milled table are constructed of die cast aluminum.
The saw comes with an angle stop with stop rail and changeable limit stop for producing components of the same length along with the same angle.
The Proxxon boasts a low noise drive making use of a DC specialized motor plus the saw is belt-driven with a ball-bearing saw blade shaft.
Strong, powerful and precise. The fence realignment is really precise. The saw is heavy so its possible to cut with out worrying that the saw could move while you work. The micro-adjustment performs nicely for what it does, but I would not buy this saw if you must use micro measurement. In any case should you be looking for a small form saw for handling thinner materials this Proxxon 37070 FET is an excellent choice.
