The table top is smooth and ground to a great finish. I took the top off as part of the assembly, but putting it back together and aligning it to the blade was simple. This gave me an opportunity to examine the trunnions that are extremely heavy. I was able to quickly set up the wings and align them which resulted in an enormous and smooth cast iron surface. I bought the router table attachment, and this makes the table even bigger.

The angle and height adjustment wheels are great cast pieces, very much heavy, and give a good smooth adjustment. The key on the shaft for the angle adjustment wheel had a minor burr on it which I needed to file off in order to make the key fit.

All the tools that you simply want for the set up are already included.

I am truly impressed. Amazing saw for the money. A lot of power, everything seems very heavily built. This saw is something I can really pass on to my children.”
